Warranty Policy

All our products are subject to a 12 month warranty. 

This warranty ONLY covers faulty craftsmanship or manufacturing defects.

It does not cover any damage as a result of faulty installation ,negligence whilst in use, accidents, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids or water.

Aero.ball Customs reserves the right to internally review each issue and determine whether the warranty claim is valid or invalid.

We are also not responsible for any issues with law enforcement that may arise using our products, nor are we liable for any damage to your vehicle or any other third party. Our products are designed for off-road use only.

Shipping Policy

Shipping organised via courier service of our choice. Aero.ball Customs will choose the most suitable delivery method for your product. Delivery costs are based on product and destination address.

Due to the 'made to order' nature of our products, deliveries will normally be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 weeks of payment clearing. Please note that during busy periods this may be longer. Delivery times can vary depending upon the shipping method used.

We CANNOT deliver to a PO BOX so a physical day time address is required for shipping purposes.

Aero.ball Customs uses an internal guideline shipping calculation system. On the occasion we can incorrectly calculate the freight rate. If this occurs, we reserve the right to recalculate the shipping cost to the correct level and will contact you to advise the correct rate. Should this occur and you do not wish to proceed with the transaction, we will happily terminate your order and refund any monies paid.

Aero.ball Customs can ship internationally however to arrange the most competitive shipping price you will need to contact us so we can arrange a shipping quote.

 

Return Policy

 
Products may be returned ONLY if they are faulty or have been damaged during shipping. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery clearly explaining the issue with the product and providing photographic evidence of the alleged problem.
Should you place an order and wish to cancel your order prior to the item being shipped, (change of mind) a store credit will be issued less a 20% processing fee - no exceptions.
