Using state of the art 3D scanning technology we can digitize car bodies and/or parts. This data can be useful for remanufacturing hard to source parts, as well as reference data to design new parts all on computer. Scan data can also be very useful for creating digital assets for the online world.
Using this process we have been able to design various intake ducts, boot extensions, widebody kits and many other parts.
Pairing this technology with 3D printing has allowed us to bring these digital creations into the real world either in proto-type form, or final product.
Scanning
Using our state of the art 3D scanner, we accurate scan the parts/ reference parts needed for modelling.
We also offer scanning services for enthusiasts/professionals who are looking to design their own products.
Modelling
Using the high quality scan data, we redesign/design the part using CAD software. During this process, customers are able to have input on how they want the design to turn out.
Printing
Once everyone is happy with the design, we bring it into reality using our 3D Printers and the appropriate materials. We offer everything from PLA, ABS to engineering filaments.
Fitting
With the print done, we can finally see if the part fits as intended. If changes need to be made, we will adjust the CAD design and reprint the part.
Finalising
Once the part is perfected, we can fully install it and set it up for intended use if requested.
